This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on www.korakanvas.com (the "Site") and forms part of our Terms & Conditions. It explains where we ship, how long delivery takes and how you will be kept informed about your order.

1. Delivery Coverage

KoraKanvas ships to 200+ cities within India. You can find out if we deliver to your PIN Code using the courier serviceability tool available on the product page. The PIN codes serviced by us are frequently updated, so if we do not deliver to your PIN code today, please come back and check to see if this has changed.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges of INR 120 per order, are applicable on order value below INR 1500.

3. Payment Options

Payment options of Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payment can be used to place orders.

4. Delivery Timelines

Orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days, unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.

5. Made to Order & Customised Orders

Made to Order/ Orders with customization might take slightly longer to dispatch. The same will be informed to you via email.

6. Dispatch & Tracking

The dispatch details with tracking number are sent to the registered email id.
